Are you looking for support? I’m Nicky, an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer a safe and confidential space to explore your concerns, whether by phone, video call, or in person. I have experience helping individuals both privately and within workplaces.

At points in our lives, we face times when we just feel stuck, unable to find a way forward or know how to change a situation. It may be through a bereavement, divorce, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, work-related stress or you may just not quite know, either way, I believe that through the support of a non-judgemental, safe trusting relationship with a counsellor you can find a way through the most challenging times in your life.

Sessions & Fees

Sessions are 60 minutes long and usually weekly. I will work with you and review with you to see how you feel the sessions are progressing. I offer both short term and long term counselling but it really is guided by yourself.

The initial consultation will be 15 minutes and I offer this for free and thereafter the sessions cost £55.00 and are payable at the beginning of each session.

I work integratively, meaning I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” solution. Instead, I draw from various evidence-based traditions to meet your unique needs.

Reflective supervision is a collaborative space to explore the thoughts and emotions behind your work, fostering deeper learning and professional growth.

With experience in education, charities, and disability advocacy, I also offer compassionate conflict resolution and group facilitation.
